Training records

Every training sits against a competency and a person: provider, dates, status and the certificate file. The training library holds the material; the records show who completed what and when.

Included in: Essentials, Professional and Enterprise

What it does

  • Training records per employee and competency with provider, start and end dates, status (planned, in progress, completed, cancelled) and an uploaded certificate.
  • Training library with search, upload and view; categories for safety, quality, continuous improvement, induction and other.
  • Assign training to an employee directly or from a gap.
  • My Training: each person sees their own records and certificates.
  • Development plans per competency: current level, target level, target date, action and progress notes.

Questions about this

Can we upload certificates from external providers?

Yes. A training record can carry a certificate file from any provider; the provider name is stored with the record.

Does RomLet deliver e-learning?

The training library stores and serves your material and records completion. It is not a course-authoring tool.

Can one record cover several competencies?

A training record points to one competency. Where one course covers several, you record it once per competency so the matrix stays explicit.
