Everything plants ask, in one place.
The same questions and answers as on the individual pages, grouped.
General
Which standards does RomLet map competencies to?
HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS Food and FDA FSMA. You choose which apply per site.
Can we import our existing training matrix?
Yes. We start from the spreadsheet you have today and map it with your QA lead.
Which languages are supported?
English, Slovak, German and French on every screen, chosen per user.
Where is the data hosted and who can see it?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, backups are being set up before the first pilot, processed under a Data Processing Agreement. Role-based access with an audit log. EU-region hosting is available for pilot sites on request.
When does pricing go live?
At launch. Pilot sites receive fixed terms agreed up front. Leave your details below and we'll notify you.
Platform
Do all tiers run on the same platform?
Yes. A tier is a set of enabled modules and a seat cap on the same application, in the same four languages.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes. Moving a site between tiers is a configuration change on your account, not a migration; your records stay where they are.
Is there a mobile app?
RomLet is a web application that works in the phone browser. There is nothing to install.
Competency matrix
Can we start from the matrix spreadsheet we have today?
Yes. The usual path is to import your current positions, competencies and levels and map them with your QA lead before anyone assesses in RomLet.
How are levels defined?
Each competency has its own maximum level and each position profile states the level it requires. You choose the scale per competency; RomLet does not impose one.
Who can change an assessment?
Only roles with assessment rights can create or edit assessments, and each assessment carries the assessor and the date.
Training records
Can we upload certificates from external providers?
Yes. A training record can carry a certificate file from any provider; the provider name is stored with the record.
Does RomLet deliver e-learning?
The training library stores and serves your material and records completion. It is not a course-authoring tool.
Can one record cover several competencies?
A training record points to one competency. Where one course covers several, you record it once per competency so the matrix stays explicit.
Gap analysis
What counts as a gap?
Any employee whose assessed level for a competency is below the level the position profile requires, or who has no assessment for it.
Can we see gaps before an audit?
Yes. Gap analysis is a live view of the current assessments, so you can run it the week before an audit and assign training from it.
Is gap analysis in Essentials?
No. It is part of Professional and Enterprise.
Safety and permits
Does LOTO in RomLet replace our physical locks?
No. RomLet records the procedure, the locks applied and removed and who did it. The physical isolation stays on the machine.
Can a contractor request a permit?
Permits are requested by a user with permit rights and approved by an authorised role. Contractors are handled as site users with the roles you give them.
Is safety evidence kept for audits?
Permits, LOTO and CSE entries keep their trail (requested, approved, closed, with timestamps and people) and observations keep their status and resolution notes.
Reports
Which formats can reports be delivered in?
A scheduled report carries a format setting and a recipient list; the formats on offer depend on the report type.
Can we build our own reports?
Yes, with the report builder: choose the data object, fields, filters and sort order, then save it.
Is there an API?
Not yet. SSO, API and integrations are on the Enterprise roadmap and marked "later" on the pricing page.
Pricing and pilots
When does pricing go live?
At launch. Pilot sites receive fixed terms agreed up front.
What does a pilot cost?
A fixed per-site pilot fee, agreed before you start.
Are there seat limits?
Essentials up to 50 users, Professional up to 250 users, Enterprise with custom seats and light-user pricing.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes. Moving a site between tiers is a configuration change on your account, not a migration.
Do you offer EU-region hosting?
Yes, for pilot sites on request.
Start with one line.
A pilot runs on one production line through a real audit cycle, with a fixed per-site fee agreed before you start.
