Why food plants.

RomLet was built inside a food plant around the questions an auditor asks about people: who is competent, trained and authorised for the work they are doing today. It holds the people records. It does not replace your HACCP plan or your prerequisite programmes.

Standards mapping

The clause families about people in each standard, and the RomLet records that answer them. Clause references are our reading of the current editions; confirm them against your certificate scope.
