Questions about this
Does LOTO in RomLet replace our physical locks?
No. RomLet records the procedure, the locks applied and removed and who did it. The physical isolation stays on the machine.
Can a contractor request a permit?
Permits are requested by a user with permit rights and approved by an authorised role. Contractors are handled as site users with the roles you give them.
Is safety evidence kept for audits?
Permits, LOTO and CSE entries keep their trail (requested, approved, closed, with timestamps and people) and observations keep their status and resolution notes.
