How a pilot works
Pick one line
We start with one production line or department: its positions and its people. You send the training matrix you have today.
Set up in your language
We load positions, competencies and training records with your QA lead, in English, Slovak, German or French, and train the assessors in one session.
Run it through an audit cycle
You run assessments, training and gap analysis on that line through a real audit. At the end you decide on the tier for the site.
A fixed per-site pilot fee, agreed before you start.
